During class I will walk each of you through the process of how to maintain a sourdough starter + prepare and bake a delicious loaf of artisan sourdough. You will each go home with the skills needed to start making sourdough from home.

(Sourdough kits are available for purchase after class  - $40.00) 

Included with the class:

~2 hours of instruction - I will be doing the entire demonstration and there will be opportunities to assist (you will NOT be prepping your own loaf)

~50g of my sourdough starter "Ro"
